Fitness Challenge: Week 8!
Holy moly, week 8?? Feels like month 8 to me!!
This is the final week of my fitness challenge and I can’t believe I actual stuck with it. Sharing the journey publicly on my blog definitely helped keep me on track! I have to say, doing this was so worth it. I already feel stronger and more motivated to keep it up.
If you’re still following along with me, here is our final mini-workout!!
We started with a tabata, and we’re ending with a tabata. This one is programmed for the gym.
1.Rower or bike sprint x 20 seconds
2.Dumbbell lateral lunge (left side) x 20 seconds
3.Rower or bike sprint x 20 seconds
4.Dumbbell lateral lunge (right side) x 20 seconds
5.Rower or bike sprint x 20 seconds
6.Dumbbell plank to (forward position) bicep curl x 20 seconds
7.Rower or bike sprint x 20 seconds
8.Dumbbell plank to (forward position) hammer curl x 20 seconds
Do three sets of these eight exercises, with about 10 seconds rest in between each exercise.
